Tuition Reduction Incentive Program (TRIP)

Contribute to the TRIP program to assist both present and future DCS families by giving them the opportunity to accumulate tuition credit.

How TRIP Works

Through this program, bulk quantities of gift certificates are purchased from various grocery stores, retail stores, and restaurants. These certificates are then sold to participating families at face value with the discount passed on in the form of a tuition credit. DCS will retain a 15% administrative fee on your total earnings for operating costs.

A participant can apply credit to a family or to Tuition Assistance, just indicate your preference on the order form. The amount of credit you have accumulated will be posted to your account two times a year in October and April. Relatives and neighbors may also order through the school and request that their credits be posted to your account.

TRIP Online

New and exciting things are happening with our TRIP program. We have been approached by Great Lakes Script to consider an online-based program that will benefit the administration of our TRIP program as well as benefit you with the convenience of placing an order on-line.

If you are interested in ordering online, call our school office for more information. There will be a fee of $0.39 for each order filled online. The Weekly TRIP program will continue to be available for those who prefer not to order online.


